No extra beds!

Short and rude checking in, when I asked about an extra bed, she said there were none, but a fold out couch. She was very rude about it. Breakfast was spotty, items were cold.

Excellent location and attractive rooms.
Very family oriented and you're not guaranteed to have quiet.

Pretty nice. My wife and I stayed here 2 nights and for our needs, it worked well. There was a dog in the room next to us that barked from 6am until 9am, but luckily we were up and about already. We were put on the backside of a building and it wasn't very well lit. I was uncomfortable with my wife running out to the car on the other side of the building alone.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and convenient location.

Free breakfast was very good, location was good for access to I-40.
Noisy, garbage trucks woke us very early in the a.m. and we could hear the guests in the room above us walking in their room.

Overall the hotel was a good value for the money. The breakfast had hot food and a good variety. The room was clean, although the furniture was a little worn. Our biggest complaint was the noise - garbage trucks in the early morning before 5:00 AM and we could clearly hear the guests in the room above us walking around the room.
