Furnishings were a little dated.

Good place to stay. Hotel was quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Our bathtub dripped for two days and was never fixed, even after we brought it to the hotels attention.

Great for family, location & friendly environment.

We enjoyed the stay & and give the hotel 4 stars. The only problem we had was the hotel said that every suite was equipped with a full kitchen but it wasn't it didn't have an oven & we really needed it. Other than that it was great.

I liked that the rooms were well stocked and comfortable

Whether for a road trip or business trip to Chicago, the location is extremely convenient. Friendly staff will shuttle you from the property to the airport or train line. Free hot breakfasts, use of a gas grill, and a lovely pool and recreation area add to the property's amenities and comfort level. The neighboring Target store, restaurants, liquor store and fast food chains enable you to stock up on food or pick up forgotten items for your stay. All in all, this is a relaxing, affordable way to stay in Chicago. read more

The room decor and amenities were very good.
Our room filled with cigarette smoke during the night.

Not located in a very pleasant location. However, the room and room amenities more than met our expectations. However, we would not return to this hotel because of the problem with cigarette smoke coming in to our room during the night. This was supposedly a non-smoking hotel. Both my husband and I are allergic to cigarette smoke, and as a result of this inhalation, we suffered irritated airways for days after. read more
