The front desk staff was exceptional! Friendly, attentive and helpful.
Parking. The hotel should pick up the $12 tab.

Close location to waterfront area of Portland. Quiet. Enormously polite and attentive front desk staff, which puts them way above most accommodations. Excellent complimentary breakfast...excellent. Something more than a muffin and a coffee!!

This hotel had everything needed for complete comfort.
Nothing to report.

This was a gift for an overnight get-a-way for my daughter and her friend. She felt it had everything she wanted and more. She was able to purchase food within very close range and prepare an excellent dinner for them. One of the amenities is that when staying for a longer time, staff offer to take a grocery list and have those items delivered to the room. My daughter hopes to have a longer stay when she returns home for the holidays. My sister and her family had stayed there earlier in the summer and were very pleased, as well. read more

Indoor pool, more amenities than I expected.
No parking on site. I had to pay $12 to park at the parking garage across the street.

The staff was friendly, and helpful. The hotel was clean and modern. It was very helpful that there was a breakfast included on site while with small children.

That there weren't two full size beds in the room just a pullout couch.

Great service. Very friendly didn't like the parking situation though.
