Extreme noise from room above, the first night until 2 am.

Mattress could be a bit better, but I enjoyed my whole experience, would return again.

Positive experience, Great hot breakfast, free internet, fireplace, work area, nice setting, great staff and location. Will return again. If the mattress was more top of the line I would give them a 4 star, but this bit of a note is just comparing them to 4 and 5 star rooms which they are not rated at.

Very comfortable, large room with conveniently separate bathroom sink area.

The room was very large and comfortable. The kitchen was also decently sized and everything was well-maintained. We liked the fact that the bathroom sink was in it's own little room separate from the shower/toilet. The breakfast buffet looked excellent but as we had other plans, we only grabbed a muffin. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel room and would stay there again. read more

A large family occupying the room above me.

Hotel is fine but staff doesn't have the common sense to put large families with several children on the ground floor and the noise is horrendous.
