Staff was courteous, breakfast was superb, rooms excellent.
Exterior entrances made floors cold, drafty, but good heater.

I enjoyed this hotel very much, one of the highlights of my multi-week stay in the area. I will always remember this hotel and return to it when I get the chance.

It was set up like an apartment complex.
The tap water made me and my wife sick.

Hotel was clean and service was good. Would recommend to someone else.

Full kitchen, fire place, roomy, nice place. Breakfast!

A little out of the way for leisure, great for business, plenty of room for children, more like an apartment than a hotel. Breakfast was very nice, included with the room.

Convenient location - kitchen amenities - easy access.
The exercise equipment needed repairs.

This is exactly what you would expect in an extended stay upscale facility. The rooms were nice but not extravagant, the parking was adjacent and the soundproofing was adequate. Housekeeping was daily.

The staff was rude on more than one occassion.

This was a nice clean hotel with a great breakfast. It is close to the airport and has a shuttle.

Quiet and loved the kitchen facilities.
Had problems with key cards not working and check out date.

Overall this was a wonderful experience. I loved the kitchen facilities in the Residence Inn.

Spacious, clean rooms; nice continental breakfast selections.
Not the best location, but would still stay there again if needing to stay overnight near the airport.

This hotel was very nice, with spacious, clean rooms with very comfortable bed, good size bathroom, family room and full kitchen. The fact that wireless internet service and breakfast were included was a great bonus.

It had all the necessary amenities.
The location, although close to the airport, wasn't easy to locate.

The stay was very enjoyable; the staff was very courteous the facilities were clean.

Large room and nice accommodations.
Had to walk outside in the cold to get to room.

Overall, this is a really nice place to stay. I didn't like the design of the buildings (separate buildings because of the weather (cold). It would be a really great hotel in the summer time when it's warm.
