Location was good, half way between downtown and Lake Tahoe, and nice big room.
Soft floor in the kitchen.

We had a nice big room with a full kitchen sitting area with comfortable sofa and chair. It is close to the freeway, but we never heard the road noise. Convenient location, half way between the casinos downtown and Lake Tahoe.

Staff were very accomadating and room was large and comfortable.
No adverse commenets.

The hotel more than met our expectations. The shuttle service was excellent and desk staff were helpful to all requests. We would stay there again.

Complimentary continental breakfast and airport shuttle.
The mattresses and pillows were far too soft. Terrible back support!

The place was very nice and I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. A little overpriced perhaps but you get your money's worth since you have a little kitchen to prepare food and need not eat out. They even provide you with complimentary coffee to brew within the room, and a breakfast buffet.The staff was very kind and helpful every time I spoke to them for any reason and the cleaning crew is very thorough and unobtrusive.They also provide with a shuttle service to the airport which starts at 6 am, but you -must- schedule it ahead of time! read more

Customer service was poor.

I would never stay in this hotel again. The customer service was very poor and they were very rude to us. We called ahead to make arrangements to park our car while away and they told us we could and they would get us to the airport. When we got there they called us liars and said they would never make those arrangements with us. I complained to the GM and did not really get anywhere. We wound up paying an extra $60.00 we were not expecting to pay out for parking at the airport when we had made arrangements ahead of time to park there. read more
