The free dinner was a pleasant surprise. The staff was very helpful, supplying us with information and directions. Parking was not a problem. The room more than met our expectations and the price was right.

I was given a smoking handicap room with a dirty bathroom. I asked the front desk the next morning and they told me they had plenty of upper floor rooms. After discussing it with a manager, I was given a new room. I had to move all of my stuff. It was very inconvenient.

This is a terrific hotel for tourists to DC. Only about 2 blocks from the Metro and a grocery store. Room was fabulous with a kitchenette and full refrigerator/microwave/range top. They also serve a full hot breakfast buffet every morning and several nights a dinner as well. This was unexpected but great. Room was clean and comfortable and terrific for a longer stay.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would not only stay there again but recommend it to others. Having a small kitchen in the room worked out great since we were traveling with our 1 year old. The location was perfect. Not too busy outside the hotel and just a short walk to the metro. The complimentary breakfast every morning was better than what we were expecting with lots of choices to choose from. Their complimentary buffet dinner Monday and Tuesday night definitely needed a little help especially when compared to their breakfast. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The whole reason we booked this hotel was because we thought we were getting a separated living room and bedroom and could put the baby to bed in the bedroom, shut the door and stay awake in the living room. We were not happy when we found out we were in a studio suite and our 12 year old son was not happy when he got put to bed at the same time as the baby! read more

Excellent comfortable location. Clean. Elevator service only major detractor.

Very organized staff, had maps available to assist with sightseeing, clean room, additional towel apron request, wonderful breakfast every morning, nice "market" for snacks they also had the essentials in case you forgot, peaceful even though it was in the middle of the city.

I travel for my business occasionally and keeping the costs down is important. My boss was very happy I did. The other guys at the meeting now wish they had used you too.

The hotel staff was great and quite helpful. The drawbacks were that there were some of the hotel's features that were not functional and fell well below expectations.
