Residence Inn Salt Lake City - City Center

Everything was great! We enjoyed the kitchenette in the room and used it to prepare and eat our dineer. The beds and rooms were very good and the bathroom facilities were large compared to what we are used to. The staff was friendly and accommodating and borrowed a portable crib for us from across the street for my 1-year old grand-daughter; which made the night more pleasurable for all of us. I had a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. It was well maintained, the staff was extremely nice and helpful, and the workout room was clean and really well equipped. Everything is top drawer.

This hotel was perfect for what we were doing. We are both artists and sell at the farmers market which is right across the street. We were so happy to find such a nice place with a kitchen and separate bedroom. We loved it.

We got lost finding the hotel in SLC, so we call the hotel. The girl at the front was so friendly and was really patient with us. Once we got there, she checked us in, and was really friendly. Once we got into the room, we were really pleased with the size of the 2 bedrooms and the living room. It easily sleeps 6 and if you wanted to bring an air mattress, you could probably sleep 8. The kitchen is super convenient, and you can cook your dinners there. There's a farmer's market there that's open on Saturdays right across the street and wow! It was awesome! We bought all fresh produce for dinner! There isn't a supermarket close by though, so if it's an emergency, you'll have to make do with a convenience store a few minutes away. Great hotel very clean and convenient to what I wanted to do. Was much more than I expected.

The hotel was so much more than we expected. The room was very comfortable, close enough to walk to downtown events, had a hide-a-bed for our children, equipped kitchen, and the breakfast had everything you can imagine and, in itself.

This is not a two star motel it should be rated at a one star. This motel needs lots of updates the hall smells, bathrooms are horrible (especially the showers). This is our second time and I hope to never go back.

Hotel is an excellent value in an excellent location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well-appointed, though somewhat small. I would definitely recommend and will seek out the chain for future travel.

Very comfortable room. Very nice breakfast. Within walking distance to downtown.

The remote didn't work to the TV and the fridge and freeze didn't work properly. There was standing stale water in the dishwasher, which made me wonder about cleanliness throughout the room. The wireless internet was a plus, but the fitness room was outdated and some of the machines wouldn't work right.
