The room cozy and spacious; the bed was comfortable; there was plenty of space to layout my laptop; breakfast was very good; the staff was very friendly.

It is worth the money we spend. I liked the place and would recommend it to my friends.

The hotel provided everything a family would like in a hotel. A refrigerator, a stove, cooking utensils and microwave. Also had a great pool area with a basketball court. The landscaping was well kept and the hot breakfast was delicious.

When I checked in the desk help tried to charge me a second time for the room. I told him no I have already paid. He was able to give us a lower room as requested. When we got to the room it was clean and comfortable. The bed was large and okay as long as you slept upside down. The mattress was strange. The head was low your middle section sunk in to the bed and your feet was up well above you head. We did not have housekeeping come in because of reports that I read about things being stolen. The restroom was small and out dated and dirty. Pool was clean and tempting. Breakfast was good. Bagels make your own waffles, eggs, dry potatoes, sausage, tortillas, yogurt, apple and orange juice (tones of pulp at the bottom), chocolate and 2% milk, muffins, dough nuts, coffee and toast. Oh yea. The business center is funny it is a computer and printer in the hallway of the lobby. So if you need to use it anyone walking buy can see your business. There is not real business center. I do not know why they would even call that a business center. Also the walls are thin. We had people above us that were just noisy and we heard everything. By the way pets are welcome for $100.00 a pet and restrictions. We wanted to bring our pets but not for $100.00 Non refundable for each pet. read more

This was a great hotel. Very spacious layout and highly recommend to everyone.

Great hotel with modern decor. Awesome full kitchen and rooms give you the feel of an apartment. I didn't feel cramped in a small hotel room where you here everything in a the hallway. I really liked our stay and look forward to staying here on our future San Antonio trips. Thanks Priceline!

This hotel was very nice so many of the amenities that you like about a home type atmosphere. The staff were all friendly knowledgeable of the area sights, places to go and see that you wouldn't normally think of being from out of town.

The facility appeared old and a little run down. Not as clean as I would have preferred. While the room was spacious it too appeared dirty. There were visible substances on the shower curtain and walls. We found a live bug crawling out from under the sheets while we were still in bed and the next morning a dead roach was found under the sheets as well. I would not stay in the facility again. read more

It was very easy to locate, room was very spacious and staff was very friendly.

We loved our stay at the Residence Inn in San Antonio. I have already recommended priceline to my family and friends. We use priceline quite a bit.
