Very unkempt. Mold in bathtub. Very worn furniture - holes in furniture and rugs. Fire Alarms went off twice in one night. No communication with guests - no attempt to accommodate this very frightening experience.

We loved being close to the water and somewhat isolated yet central to where we needed to be.
I would recommend this to any couple or family who want a intimate, safe and well appointed accommodation. They met all our needs save getting a waterfront view.

The ability to take an hour long walk along the walk path by the water was awesome.
There was leftover hair in the tub from prior occupants.
This hotel fit what we were looking for on our trip - no charge for parking, good sleeping arrangements with refrigerator and dishes. It was perfect.

Quiet location, clean, free Internet in public area a plus.
Being of wood construction, I heard my upstairs neighbors too well.
If I'd had a car, it was an excellent location for access to major roads. All staff were friendly and professional. Still in a like-new condition. Weather permitting, the waterfront walkway is perfect for exercise.

Free breakfast, and free wireless internet.
They no longer offer happy hour Thursday-Sunday.
Overall a nice hotel. I have stayed here many times. However, I noticed this week they have started cutting back to save money. For example, no evening snacks or reception on Thursday through Sunday. Also, the rooms have not been cleaned as thoroughly, some black mold in the showers building up, etc.

The room was very comfortable with multiple seating areas, a full kitchen, and the bed was heavenly!
Noisy neighbors with screaming children in room next door and through hallway. Staff wasn't aware.
The room was great, with nice linens, and lots of comfort and style. I had to call the desk to request someone deal with the screaming children in the hall at 7 am on a Saturday. The noisy neighbors left but returned, as loud as before. There was a beautiful breakfast provided but near the end of breakfast time, other travelers were literally snatching up last bits of food. Things had not been restocked, even cups for coffee, and guests were rummaging through drawers as there was no staff around to handle these needs. read more

The decor was nice & the kitchen was a surprise!
That I didn't stay longer!
We were only there one night, but if I had more time I would have loved to have stayed longer! I would definitely come back!
