Free breakfast and happy hour/dinner type food.
Very expensive for one room.

Very hard for any family members to have privacy without waking everyone up.

The staff was superb. We liked having a kitchen and laundry.
The beds were only queen size, The TV had a loud high pitched hum.

Win the supervisor offered to get our air boarding passes which was wonderful. Her entire staff was excellent. I liked having a lock box at no charge. They need to have available cooking spray for the waffle iron. I as well as others destroyed our waffle trying to get it out of the iron. I would not hesitate to return or recommend this hotel.

Very clean and great location.
The hotel met my expectations.

I only spent one night at the hotel, therefore did not spend much time in the room except for a couple hours prior to bedtime. The bed was comfortable. I was up very early the next morning to catch a flight. Enjoyed the stay.

Condo style, great courtyard style pool area.
Microwave was rusty.

Even though the hotel was condo style, the complementary breakest was the best we have ever had anywhere. There was also a complementary happy hour with beer wine and nachos as well.

The complimentary buffets.
There was nothing I disliked about my stay.

The staff at the front desk, no matter who I dealt with or when, was the MOST courteous and professional I have ever dealt with.

Dishes.
Too close to Scottsdale Rd.

Some people may not like large, homey, and 80's, but I loved it.

The morning and evening meals they provided were a nice touch.

I have stayed at this hotel before and would hope to stay there again.

Friendly.
Overpriced room service.

Nice, clean, and friendly. Area was clean. Room was nicer than I expected. Only down for me was that the room service came from resort down street.

Very convenient, relaxing place to be, particularly liked the fireplace in the evening.
Free high speed internet was not available during my stay.

Hotel was conveniently located and very well laid out with pool area, breakfast and common areas accessible, and very attractive. Room was quiet and worked out well for relaxing and doing (paper, computer) work. Staff was helpful recommending churches and providing directions to local attractions. Breakfast was excellent--lots of choices of hot and cold options. Room had furnished kitchenette--very handy with microwave, refrigerator. And dishwasher. Location was easy to find, and to get in and out and felt very safe. Shopping and variety of restaurants within walking distance. read more
