Great location, easy access to I-20.
Room smelled musty.

The outer appearance is very nice and well kept.
Dirty glass by the bathroom sink. Some light bulbs needed replacing. Broken alarm clock.

This room did not appear clean. The bed was made but I 'm not even sure the sheets were fresh. There was still food in the refrigerator from the last occupant. There was a glass left by the bathroom sink and the dishwasher had not finished its load. There was water all in the bottom of the unit. I think it had been stopped. I asked the front desk to replace a light bulb by the bed and they never did. The alarm clock was missing the battery cover and kept falling out and the clock had not been updated from daylights savings time. The staff was friendly but never followed through with their promises. read more

The hot breakfast buffet.
The room was not well cleaned.

The hotel has potential but there were some downsides. The front desk staff was almost threatening in explaining their non-smoking policy (I don't smoke) and in making me sign a no party policy (I hadn't planned on partying). Also it would have been nice if the room had been cleaned better. There was still trash in the trash can under the sink from the last people who stayed there and obvious hair on the toilet. read more
