Did not have 2 beds only one king with a pull out couch.

Great location, clean, included a nice kitchen. It is a smoke-free building, which we loved!

Not enough blankets for the bed were available.

Excellent room! This would be a great fit for extended stays or business travelers.

Hotel provides a roomy suite with fully furnished kitchen and completely separate bedroom area.
Did not provide airport shuttle.

I like having a completely separate bedroom and living space. The suite was spacious and included a fully furnished kitchen. The king bed was very comfortable.

This hotel is in a great area. Next to the mall and just about any restaurant you could want is in near by. Kitchen area if you want to bring in your own food was nice. The bathroom/shower had a heat light which was great because it was cold out when we went there. Hotel staff was friendly and the morning free breakfast had sausage, eggs, waffles, etc. - a good savings and convenient. read more

The room was very comfortable, staff was friendly and location was excellent.

The hotel is located near shopping, dining and right off the interstate. The room was very comfortable (except for the noisy guests above us). The continental breakfast was a plus with a variety of foods. We were pleased with our stay.

This was the first time I have ever had the desk clerks treat us negatively. The lady was rude. When I asked a question if they had connecting rooms her response was at the price you paid we only have a couple rooms that you are allowed to have. I have already given you those rooms. Her attitude was demeaning to us. I felt like I hadn't paid enough for the room. We weren't going to take the room but then decided we paid for it, we were taking it even if we didn't use it. read more

Big spacious room.
Small TV, not LCD like most hotels now have.

Residence Inn provides clean, spacious rooms and has a no smoking policy. Close to shopping. A bit out of the way to get to hotel itself, but close to major traffic arteries.
