Full free breakfast and sometimes dinner.
TV signal not good, lots of interference.
If you want lots of space and not much extra expenses, this place is perfect. You have a laundry, many of your meals free, yet a full kitchen to prepare the rest of them.

Good full breakfast.
Cheap furniture, mattress shifting on box spring.
It was the wrong hotel for us, which is my fault. Really needed two queen beds. Didn't use the kitchen at all. Bad choice, but not because of the hotel, except for the cheap furniture and lack of a lamp on one of the end tables.

Excellent staff; went out of their way to make sure my requests were met.
A maid walked in, insisting I requested toilet paper (which I did not) when I was taking a nap.
Staff was very friendly and very accommodating (allowed me to check in a little early and get a later check-out). Huge room! Great location. Very easy to get to from Metro stop.

The included breakfast buffet was good.
There was no shampoo provided.
The room was quite large with a kitchen and living area. Decorating was generic hotel room. There was not much to make this hotel stand out either good or bad. The free buffet breakfast was better than expected.

Location.
Some of the amenities of the hotel were fantastic such as the kitchenette space provided in the room and the workout room. I was disappointed by the cleanliness of my room (I found my hairs in my bathroom and on the bedside stand) as well as the comfort of the linens. The bedspread provided was too thin to offer any warmth and the thermal blanket I found in my closet was as rough as burlap. When I requested another blanket from the desk, they sent up another one which, combined with the first bedspread and thermal blanket, finally did the trick. Unfortunately, the maid took this from my room on the last night and, though I called down to the front desk to have it returned, it never was. read more

Huge room, huge kitchen,
very inexpensive, awesome location.
The staff is not top notch. Not bad, but leaves something to be desired.
I would highly recommend this to anyone.
