Residence Inn White Plains

It was a great hotel and I would highly recommend it to my friends / family. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and large. The hot breakfast was tasty and plentiful. All in all, a great stay for a great price.

The location was good and the size of the room was great. The complimentary breakfast was very good and had nice selection. Other then the very very small parking lot, the hotel was good.

Everything was fantastic with the hotel, more then I expected with the exception of the bathroom. Not only did it not have a tub but it had a little ramp for the handicapped and nothing to prevent the water from shower to spill over on the floor in the bathroom which made it very slippery and messy.

Very nice; location was a little out of the way.

Nicely decorated, furnishings look new. Large room. Fridge handy.

Great! It was value priced and had everything we needed. I loved having access to the internet in my room and I loved the kitchenette!

Priceline was contacted about this problem- also informed by hotel we only paid for one night despite producing confirmation. All this was relayed to customer service.
