Bathroom was a little small.
Completely satisfied with every aspect of the hotel. It surpassed my expectations. The only thing that would have made me happier would have been a better price.

The staff was amazing, the room was spacious & comfy.
I did not like, that I had to leave so soon.
The hotel was wonderful- from the first staff to greet me to the breakfast on the morning I left, everything was comfortable, well taken care of and enjoyable. I will definitely endeavor to stay there again!

Off the main road, safe, convenient, the large breakfast in the mornings was fabulous!
Great family friendly hotel. All staff was very pleasant and helpful at all times. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Large rooms and liked the fact that it was a suite. I wasn't expecting it.
The Lobby; seemed warned-out, over used and too small.
This is fine for middle of the road, traveling with kids, on a tight budget trip. It is not for a nicer, 3.5 star type of hotel to do a romantic type of trip. Over all the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I'd use it for this type of trip.

Location to ultimate destination, friendly atmosphere, safe.
Bathroom tub and toilet were dirty.
Hotel has a family friendly atmosphere however bathroom tub was found to be soiled with an extremely dirty shower liner that was full of mildew. The tub and shower liner was bleached and washed before using.

Nice rooms, lots of space, great breakfast and great location.
The pool and spa needed cleaning.
This is a great hotel. Breakfast was great, very nice staff, great location and clean rooms. It was nice having a kitchen area and full size fridge. Located close to Colonial Williamsburg, outlet malls and William and Mary. I would highly recommend to families.

Suite was roomy, comfortable beds and complimentary breakfast had everything.
The suite was very roomy, the beds were comfortable and bedding was of high quality. The breakfast included scramble eggs, sausage, waffles and more very complete. The coffee, unfortunately, was like brown water.
