Convenient to the beach.
Free breakfast was not good. Ocean view rm-stand on balcony
and stick head out
and look to R. Their definition.
Would not stay there again. No coffee maker in room. Upholstery dirty on chair. Hair on bath tub. Had iron but no ironing board. Reserved partial ocean view. Discussed with hotel personnel- told if I stood on my (2 foot wide) balcony and leaned my head out
and looked to the R; I could see the ocean. All I could do was laugh.Free breakfast was rolls, juice
and coffee. Elevators were fine
and the
good security. Bed was comfortable. Hotel clerk was courteous
and registration was smooth. Hotel was not what I was use to staying at
and I would not recommend it. read more

We liked the location, the outdoor breakfast, and the security of the elevators.
The bathroom was small and the open door was in the way of the sink.
Our room was lovely and the bed was comfortable.

For a reasonable price in Waikiki, compared to the many others, it was the best! you could choose to be in the hub of things or relax on the beach.
The parking fee is a bit pricey.
This is the 2nd time we have been at this hotel and we loved it even more than the 1st. The facilities are clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating. We especially love being right across from the beach, with no other hotel to hop over. Our breakfast on the beach bags from 5 years ago were wearing out, so it was awesome to get a new one as a memento of our time in Hawaii. read more

The location was very good.
The hotel rooms were outdated with a funny smell and the balcony was not usable.

Location to the beach.
27 dollars a day plus tax to park your car.
The hotel is nice. Long wait at elevators in the mornings. 27 dollars a day plus tax to park your car is absolutely crazy. It cost us more to park the car for the week than the rental itself. Everyone else was 15 to 20 dollars a day or free. Made the deal we got on the hotel room not such a great deal anymore.

Easy access to beach.
Slow elevator system.
Friendly and efficient staff, across street from Waikiki beach, comfortable rooms with refrigerator, great bar and restaurant, small pool, definitely would stay here again.

The decor.
The only parking available is valet for $22/day.
The rooms are very pretty and clean. Worked well with my family. Not too happy with the bathrooms. They need to update that like the rooms itself. It was difficult to get in the rooms with the key card that you have to activate upon entering the elevator, hopefully they get that to work more efficiently soon. Also the compound area by the lobby is only usable if you pay a fee per minute. i don't know why it can't be free. Aside from that definitely would stay there again! read more
