The woman at the desk was kind and helpful. But the hotel itself was not up to standards. I am a simple person and was looking for a place to stay for just one night. I booked a non-smoking room and the room I got smelled like someone had smoked in it right before I showed up! The towels looked dirty (they had brownish stains on them!). There was construction right in front of the hotel which made the entire area dusty and loud. The ceiling in my room had water spots on it, and I found two live roaches! I will never stay at this hotel again, and would gladly pay the money elsewhere! read more

This was a good place to stay. The front office clerk was very friendly. Our room was very clean overall. The bathroom was clean but the shower should be remodeled. Overall, we were satisfied with the service and the room.

This hotel met my needs for this trip. It was very quiet and calming, and I felt safe. I most especially appreciated the shuttle service to the hospital.

Would not stay here again or recommend it. Very disappointing.

Kitchen should be advanced. It's hard to stay there for a long time if there is only microwave available for cooking.

Clean inside but unkempt/not maintained outside, not in a good area. Smelled musty or moldy inside the room. The pictures of the outside of the hotel are misleading. Looks like a dump from the street. I couldn't cancel and get another room at another hotel because I would lose what I already paid.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting, and should be condemned and torn down. From the mold smell, stained linens, lack of shower head, bugs, and broken furniture, I might have faired better sleeping in my car. I am still trying to disinfect my belongings. By far, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
