Description of Rodeway Inn & Conference Center
Hotel is located at the boundary of the city of Jacksonville and Orange Park, Florida. We are only 2 miles from a major retail shopping district and restaurant row. Jacksonville Naval Air Station is also only 2 miles away. Downtown Jacksonville featuring Alltel Stadium (home of the 2005 Superbowl) is a short 20 minute drive. Meeting space will accommodate up to 350 people with food and beverage. Our beautiful courtyard is equipped with large outdoor pool and plenty of chairs for sunbathing. Free wireless high-speed Internet access in all guest rooms and meeting rooms. All rooms have microwaves and refrigerators. Pet charge of 20.00/night per pet, limit one pet/room. read more

Nice sized hotel room considering
I had to bring a playpen for my daughter to sleep in.
Pool wasnt that clear but there were a lot of recent rain.

The room was relatively clean.
The swimming pool was green and slimy.

We traveled with my sister, brother in law, aunt and uncle. Their room was the most horrible room that I have ever seen. When we went to the front desk, told them about their room and the swimming pool, the front desk clerk was not at all friendly. She told us that it had been raining for the past seven days and that is why the pool was green. She got very defensive. I managed hotels for over 20 years and it rained in our pools and they never looked like that. My sister has pictures of their room and the pool. I will gladly send them if requested. read more

Great location, but expensive area. If you're looking for a clean room for the night and nothing special, then Roadway Inn is the place.

The staff was super.
The bathrooms needed to be cleaned better. We found a huge roach in the bathroom scared my daughter. I wish they had given us better directions.

The staff helpful and friendly. I wish they had given us better directions but the overall stay and experience was good. We stayed there on our return trip.
