Friendly Staff, clean room.
Room too small, too noisy, Inadequate parking.
Room was clean, but too small. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Walls were thin and we could hear all neighbors on both sides and above us. Plus all the noise from outside, vagrants and sirens. Inadequate parking and didn't feel that my car was safe. Not one of the best hotels I've stayed at. Sorry to say, we would not stay there again.

Clean & friendly.
Neighborhood is a bit challenging - not yet gentrified South of Market.
A functional choice if you either have a car (free parking), or don't need to go anywhere once you're in for the evening.

The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The hotel was in an excellent central location with easy access (about five minutes walk) to public transportation. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and service was prompt and thorough. The room was a very good value, and the cleaning service kept it very clean.

Free parking and great staff.
On our trip to San Francisco, we knew we weren't staying at the Hilton, but we were pleasantly surprised by our stay. The room was quiet and clean and the parking was free. It was one block from Market St. which was nice. I will definitely return!

Great location, staff was great, and super friendly!
The day I checked-in, I got last room and has hole in wall from doorknob, no biggie, and I have 2 of those at home.
Overall its cheap, great location, nothing glamorous, but a decent place to stay in a very expensive city cheap! Also, I stayed the 2nd week at sister hotel. Only reason I liked that room better was that it had a makeup table. I recommend them as well. When you go to a place, the service is everything. Very good people.

Staff was very helpful and nice.
Neighborhood did not feel safe at nighttime.
You get what you pay for. Conveniently located to Bart and convention center (20 minute walk). Staff was incredibly helpful and nice.
