Very freindly, clean, quiet, outside appearance very inviting.

This hotel was a nice quiet inviting and the staff are very friendly. will go back again.

Close to Badlands Nat'l Park.
Staff was not present in the middle of the afternoon ("back at 4" note left on door); room had a musty smell and the internet was painfully slow.

A cheap hotel but it should be much cheaper for the services and shabbiness of the hotel room. The staff were friendly when they were present, but it's pretty obvious they are not too concerned about customer service. I felt like I was in a room of their house in the lobby instead of a hotel with their dogs running around in the back room. The entire hotel had the feel that it was dirty even though it seemed basically clean. I could not believe that I was technically at a Best Western. It was not that bad really, but it is more like a little hick motel in any small town than a Best Western. read more

Check in person was rude and hateful.
