Staff was very kind.
Having to walk outside to get to my room, next to an alley and an empty lot.
Although the staff was very nice, this hotel was in an extremely poor location. Old rooms, no coffee pot, only shampoo, no conditioner. The only restaurant close by was a Denny's, and I would not have dared to walk the streets in this area. I ended up getting another room in a newer hotel on the strip for my second night's stay and was glad I did.

Short walk/convenient location to Las Vegas strip.
Questionable safety in hotel area, although we had no problems.
Hotel exterior shows its age, but the rooms are very nice, especially for the price paid. Location is very convenient to the Las Vegas strip and convention center - only a very short walk to either.

Dirty and noisy shared spaces.
Big and comfortable rooms, basic shared spaces, a little noisy because located behind air conditioning engine of another building, internet access.

Cheap and big rooms.
The appearance of the hotel.
The hotel is really close to the strip, but the hotel needs to be remodel. The rooms are very big but they don't have a refrigerator which is inconvenience since have kids.
