Extremely noisy.

Had I known that this was across from the railroad tracks I never ever would have booked this hotel. It was noisy. There was a truck stop next door with trucks going and coming all night long. I had a choice of several in this price range - no one in their right mind would knowingly book this at it's location.

Hotel staff was very helpful.
Hotel is in a very poor location, to noisy & hard to reach.

The general location of this hotel is the downfall, the facility is a little run down, but in general it was clean, and all the staff is friendly and very accommodating. The truck stop is a very busy location and the railroad tracks do not help either. The airport was noisy but not as bad as the trucks and the trains.

The room had a fridge.
The room was dirty and things were falling apart, the train was so loud and the exterior was also dirty!

Our bathroom tile was coming apart, there was a big water spot above the sink that was molded, and the tissue holder fell apart when my son touched it. The shower had rust stains on it; there was hair on the toilet as soon as we checked in as if they didn't clean it before we should up.

The hotel is close to the airport and a major highway.
The night clerks were not friendly and when I called about an airport shuttle, I was told that the hotel had one, but fail to say until 9:30.

Basically the hotel was OK, but the night clerks were not friendly and I did not get good information about the airport shuttle. When I called they failed to tell me that the shuttle only ran until 9:30 p.m. Our flight did not arrive until 9:30 p.m.

It was right off of the freeway and very convenient for a road trip.
It was right next to a truck stop and a railroad, so it was noisy.

Overall, the hotel definitely rates well. It is just a small bed and bathroom, nothing too extravagant or romantic. It is perfect for travelers who are only in the room for sleeping though. It is right near a truck stop which did make me feel like it was less safe than it would have been if it were somewhere else. The room was clean and well taken care of.

Location! TA truck plaza next door and across the road from the Union Pacific railroad. Rumbling, roaring noise all night! Dirty.

Do not stay here! Unless you like noise; that is, semi-trucks coming and going and loud roaring, horn-blasting, earth-quaking freight trains keeping you up all night! Then there is quaint ambiance of the local police patrolling the parking lot picking up and dropping off such characters as would make America's Most Wanted seem tame by comparison. Oh, remember to bring disinfectant and apply liberally before using the bathroom. read more

Great location to shopping, and my destination.
It was next to a truck stop, it was noisy, and truckers and guests everywhere.

I got the impression that this hotel being close to a truck stop, was a hotel for truckers and ladies of the evening, I was traveling by myself, and this hotel did not feel safe. There was a vehicle tagged for towing.

The rating, price, convenience, cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff is commendable.
Maybe the closeness to the truck stop.

For the price I paid for this hotel, I am very pleased for what I have experienced. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. All in all my experience for the price was excellent.
