Very personable staff.
Housekeeper coming in my room to clean while I was at breakfast - before I checked out.
This hotel was very family friendly and in a great location. It is right at the end of the area where there are several attractions and then right before Gatlinburg. This made it very convenient but also nice and quiet.

Our room had a very bad odor.
I was not impressed by this hotel. The room had a bad odor. It had no microwave. The room was very small, and looked like it was built in the early 1900's.

Pancake breakfast, staff was very friendly, as close as you can get to the Smokies in Pigeon Forge
A little old, no wi-fi in the rooms, found some bugs
This hotel served the purpose I needed it for - a place to stay near the Smokies! The pancake breakfast was great. We did find some bugs but overall the place was clean. TV reception was a little shaky. The staff was also very friendly. I would stay again for the pancakes alone!

Free hot pancakes were awesome.
Pool was a little small and the slide didn't look very safe.
A good place to stay for the price. It's got a great location, the room was pretty comfy, the staff was really nice and the free pancakes were fabulous! The hotel and decor was a little shabby. We'll stay there again!

Hotel was cheap and convenient,well worn but very friendly staff
Worn and musty,pool area dirty and not clean
This hotel is 40 years old according to the clerk,staff is friendly,resturant is B+, the coupon given to us for the resturant was nice. The room was clean but well worn, pool area used hard on our day of stay and not clean. TV worked, bathroom was serviceable and the bed was too soft but okay.

No windows, the mattress was split down the side and very soft.
We are seniors my wife been sick as i told the manager yet they put us on the third floor with no elevation. We had booked 6 night we had to stay in that room because it was hard going up and down those ramps.

Hotel workers were very nice and knowledgeable.
Location was very far from everything had to drive everywhere.
Overall the hotel was okay. But could have been updated. Only could get wireless in the lobby and then it didn't work well.
