Nothing.
Mold, dirt.
I was shocked to find this hotel in a slum alley with such horrible mold smells that my family walked away in tears. This was the worst hotel experience that I have ever had. I demanded that my credit card purchase be canceled and I had to spend 200.00 at a nearby holiday Inn in order to save my health.

Cheapest price in the city for a summer weekend, with a decent locale.
The room seemed damp/mildew, owing to the fact that it was half underground.
It was clean enough, close to downtown, and for what we paid, I really have no complaints.

Location to airport.
Hotel was old and grimy.
Hotel staff was very friendly, but this hotel is old and worn out.

We only had to be there for one night.
Quality, breakfast selection, bathroom location.
This was a blast from the past- this hotel has not been updated since 1975. I imagined drug deals happening behind the doors- my daughter described it as the horror-movie hotel.

It was close to the event I was attending.
It was dark and unappealing, and it had a musty smell.
I would not recommend this motel to others.

Everything I expected and affordable.
Hard to see from the road.
Before my visit, I read several bad reviews about this roadway on other sites. However, something (new management?) has caused this place to change for the better in recent months. I got just what I expected: an affordable hotel room in Portland with just the basics. The room was clean, and what little interaction I had with the staff was always helpful and accommodating. The location is a little strange; the rooms are located behind a weird buffet restaurant. Otherwise, I was very pleased. It's close to Hadlock Field and just right for a weekend visit to Portland. I would definitely stay here again. read more

On request, our room was changed immediately without complaint.
The pool was unusable - dirty and no water.
The staff at this hotel was charming and tried to meet our every need. Unfortunately, this hotel is in dire need of updating and repair. We were mistakenly given a smoking room but were immediately given a new room when we complained about the smell. All-in-all, the new room was comfortable and large. The location was okay but not terribly close to old Portland.

There was a very strong odor of cleaning products.
If price is your chief concern, this hotel is for you. However, there are much nicer accommodations to be had in Portland for not much more money.
