Under reconstruction/renovation.
The place was run down (old). The elevator seemed like it could go out at any time. Took the stairs after that experience. The room looked nice upon walk in. The AC would shut off, and it was hot in July. The bathroom was half done, starting with the door knob. There was another handle on the door knob that made handling the knob awkward and bulky. The handles to the bathtub faucets were half done. The hot water could easily burn your fingertips if not cautious in turning it off. read more

Nothing.
Virtually everything.
If you like staying in a smelly flop house, you'll love Rodeway Inn Reno. Don't expect to be able to do any work if you're a business traveler their wireless internet is less reliable than an Italian sports car. Make sure you close the bathroom door when showering or the smoke alarm will go off and always put all the towels on the bathroom floor to soak up the water that leaks through the inadequate shower curtain. Close the bathroom door when trying to sleep or the running toilet will keep you awake. read more

Nothing.
Nothing.
The service was awful. There were people hanging in the halls. The hotel resemble a crack house.

Nothing it was terrible and should be removed.
Had a hooker turning tricks in the room next to us. Smokers allowed in the hallway.
Rooms were the worst ever stayed in. Had fingernail clippings on floor, no toilet paper roll holder. Had a room on the 1st floor that the window did not lock and would not change rooms or fix the window. No internet access in rooms and computer they had in lobby was broken all 3 days we were there. Front desk staff was not helpful, Last morning had a 20 minute wait to check out because there was no staff at the front desk. Would not recommend to anyone but the hookers. read more

Cooperative staff with prompt service.
It was a little expensive for its decor and location.

Good location for traveling.
The "free" wireless would not connect from room, and the telephone would not connect. The staff knew nothing about either. Also, no hair dryer in room.
This tired facility could be regarded as "economy" if the price weren't so high.

Nothing
WI-FI did not work, no clock in room.
Very disappointing, WI-FI didn't work as advertised. Elevator dirty and worn. No clock as promised. Bathroom sink chipped. Small TV. Furniture looked like something you rent

Location to my needs.
It was unkempt and aging. No desk, when asked told we took them out.
The picture on your site and description were not very accurate see above comments. A poor choice for the price paid in this market.

The housekeeper added a few little touches that made it feel more welcoming.
Hard to find, kind of off the main course of traffic.
Staff was friendly, serviceable hotel and better than some I've stayed in, the main office needs a bathroom.
