Complementary transportation to/from airport.
Requested refrigerator repair/inspection from staff, but no one ever came.
Complementary transportation to/from airport was great though the shuttle should run about twice as often as it does. Complementary breakfast was much better than most hotels I've stayed at in the 1-3 star range. Walls were a bit thin and I had to hear my loud neighbors a lot at night. I was glad to have a microwave and a refrigerator for use in my room. Complementary wireless internet is also a big plus. read more

Free pool in bar. Good service overall. Comfy room.
Breakfast isn't great and has unfriendly attendant.
The hotel is very clean, and you can have a good time without leaving.

Had an excellent complementary breakfast.
Can't think of anything I didn't like about it.
Although this is an older hotel, it has been recently renovated and is very clean, modern, and comfortable. Internet facilities are provided as well as a deluxe complementary breakfast. Also had a clean pool with nice landscaping in the courtyard. Advertised as a 2 star hotel but could easily pass for 3. Well worth the money spent!

Open spaces and very clean & organized.
Pool area was a little plain for Florida.
If looking for a hotel before or after a cruise or air travel this is a great hotel to stay at. Very clean and well organized for shuttle to & from cruise port and airport.

Dirty pool and only restaurant withing walking distance was hotel restaurants.
Free continental breakfast, spacious clean room with refrigerator and heated pool. Would definitely stay at hotel.

The hotel manager was so friendly and helpful; he made us feel welcome.
This hotel was convenient, clean, friendly, well landscaped, etc. It met our needs just fine.
