All in all, excellent location and clean. I would stay again when going to Hershey Park.

I asked for a 6:00 am wake up call, it came at 7:00 am. The floor was dirty. At 7:15 the office was not open to return the key and we could not get the continental breakfast.

Just stayed over for a stopover, very convenient.

Staff was no help in guiding us to the hotel from Hershey Park. The front desk person could not even physically find our room when we asked him for help.

I would like to let you know; that maybe you should rethink you're working relationship with that Rodeway Inn. He made a derogatory remark to my husband, and he wasn't happy about it.

This hotel was just a 5 minute drive from Hershey Park. It was located on a small private road. The rooms were small but clean and adequately served our purposes as a place to sleep and shower. The beds were comfortable; the shower had good water pressure. The downside was, the pool closed at 10 pm, the ice machine was outside and the in room fridge did not get very cold. That being said. Staff was sullen and obviously unhappy. Breakfast food was pretty bad, but there was lots of hot coffee. No extra pillows in closet but beds were comfier and shower was clean.

Nice size room, but cold on arrival, bathroom shower curtain bracket broken from wall only held by one screw, moldy bathroom walls covered by a very bad wallpaper job, breakfast very poor, coffee good, staff very nice.

The hotel was an older one but had been remodeled in recent years. It was spacious and we loved that it was a no smoking facility. The general cleanliness of the room was good, however you had the impression that it wasn't as the carpet looked dirty and very worn. Other than that it was a good value and we enjoyed the staff. They were very friendly and helpful.

Was not very clean-very very disappointed when I got into my room, no closet doors, very small, was me, and my husband and two young children 4 and 6 yrs. old, complain 3 times toilet wasn't flushing, when we got back to our room, we thought toilet was fixed after complaining 3 times, my children went to the bathroom and flush and the toilet over flowed all over the place, took all towels to clean it up, this was 11'o'clock at night-had to complain again, then they stuck us in another room at 11'o'clock at night, my children was so tired, had to move all the luggage everything out, when we got into another room, was a much bigger room and nicer, me and my husband were very upset, why they didn't put us in this kind of room in the first place, and was the same price of paid for the other room, will not recommend this place to anyone, we were very upset, never again.!!!! read more
