Convenient to where I had business.
The location appeared to be an area that is going down.

While the location was near my business I stayed there primarily. The neighborhood appears to be going down hill and while the hotel was pretty clean I wouldn't want my wife staying there.

The staff was the greatest and very kind to those in need due to Katrina. The staff paid more attention to those in need than those were here like me in business. The staff was more than human. I will always see the Holiday Inn in a different light forever.
