The Days Inn - Rome is AAA approved is located one block from historic downtown Rome, GA and adjacent to several restaurants, movie theater and shopping. We are the ideal place to stay while in Rome, GA. The Days Inn Rome is the host property for the Braves Single A minor league team. You can see the games at State Mutual Stadium one mile away. We are conveniently located near Berry College, Shorter College, Floyd College and Darlington Upper and Lower Schools. The Greater Rome Visitor's Bureau is located directly across the street and we are adjacent to Subway, Applebee's, KFC and the MB's Movie Theater. Our friendly staff looks forward to your stay. Our hotel has a spacious meeting room great for holding banquets, receptions and business meeting. We are a five story interior corridor hotel just renovated. A great selection for business or casual travelers, with or without families, who are looking for nice accommodations near the town center which are reasonably priced.

The price of the hotel was pretty good.
The whole place is old and outdated. It needs a remodel.

The room was very musty and outdated. The air conditioner was typical loud and uncomfortable but worse if you turn it off. The free breakfast was stale and the coffee was actually bad. While watching TV in my room, I stretched and the picture came off the wall and gave me a black eye. I told the lady at the counter about it and said she should get it secured better. Her only comment was "okay". Great customer service. My advice: this hotel is not worth saving a few bucks. Go to one the new ones in town for not much more money. read more

Rooms were not clean and bathrooms were moldy. Staff was unprofessional.

Very convenient to location we were going to attend a function at.
Slow drain in bathroom and broken chair in room.

For a 2 star hotel it was alright. It had a clean bathroom and clean bed. Nothing fancy and no bugs. I would recommend if you are on a tight budget and don't want to blow all of it on a room.
