Rosen Shingle Creek, opening September 30, 2006, will be one of the largest full-service convention resorts in Central Florida. The 230-acre resort will offer 1,500 guest rooms and suites, and 250,000 square feet of dedicated, state-of-the-art meeting space that will include a 95,000-square-foot column-free ballroom. The staff was very friendly and kind.
One of the out door hottubs was not hot, so we went to the other one.

We really needed a mini vactation. This was such a lovely resort. We all enjoyed it very much. Thank you for the opportunity to stay there. May GOD bless all of you who read this!

When you drive up to this hotel it is very impressive.
Self parking was 12.00 per night but you had to walk about 2 blocks to the car. I will valet next time for 20.00 otherwise this hotel was amazing.

This hotel is the best value in Orlando. We live only 3 hours away and visit Disney World and the surrounding attractions at least twice a year. The rooms are well appointed with luxury linens fine furniture and beautiful granite counter tops in the bathrooms. We stayed on the 14th floor with an amazing view of the 3 pools. The desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We will absolutely be staying there again. Thank you Priceline! read more

Paying to park!!!

The hotel was wonderful, great room, food, ambiance, amenities, staff helpful and friendly. Our big complaint was the parking. When we arrived the valet said we couldn't leave the car to check in because all their 15 min parking was full! My husband allowed them to valet park because he felt we had no choice. When we checked out we complained and they took the charge off our room. I, however, am never happy when I have to pay to park. I am a guest in your hotel I should not be charged to park my car in order to stay here! read more

Convenience of self parking and the $12 fee for it.

The hotel has everything. The multiple swimming pools and the restaurants were great. The room was immaculate. I used the Internet center to check in for my air flight. Getting in and out to self parking was my only issue. If you use valet, parking is no issue. This a great place, I hope your rate is as great as mine was through Priceline.

The room was spacious and finely appointed.
Charges for parking, for use of the gym, for internet.

The hotel is in enormous. The pool areas need more shade. The casual restaurant did not show me as set up for room charges, despite my having already charged meals to my room from the steak house, and the cashier was of no help whatsoever, so I went to the desk. No effort was made to make amends. Getting in and out of the self parking is ridiculous, and they charge you for parking. This is the only hotel outside of NYC that has charged me to work out. read more

Rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable.
You have to pay extra for everything $12 for parking and $10 for the gym. The hotel is huge and you have to walk a lot.
