The Boston view was spectacular.
Room not ready at 2:53PM and clerk did not try to accommodate.

Front desk clerks need more training. Every time I had to deal with them there was a long wait. Trainee did not handle lack of a room with just 7 minutes to go to the official time when they state rooms will be ready very well. We explained that we were trying to get back to a meeting, but the staff could do nothing to help us. Yet, starting at 10AM on the day we left, housekeeping kept knocking on our door. Small rooms, a bit dingy, charge for wireless internet

Nice view, river side, good accomodations, excellent fitness center and pool though the rooms are a bit small and the lobby dark and starkly postmodern uninviting.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very accommodating. The room was just average compared to other hotels I have stayed in.

Wide variety of pricing and discounting of rooms.

Great ammenities and overall staff service. Bar & restaurant a bit overpriced but lots of options are all within walking distance. Everything went smoothly from checking to departure.

Great location on the river and close to the subway.
Parking was expensive! $27.00 a night.

Clean, comfortable rooms that included internet access. Bathroom was small and only had a shower - no bathtub. Very stylish property!
