I needed the great location. The rooms were clean neat and quiet.
There was not a thing that I really disliked.

It was new and therefore clean. Staff spoke decent english was very helpful and polite, but needs more confidence. Pretty close to the restaurants, theaters and Red Square. All in all very good stay for business travelers.

Being familiar with Moscow it was pleasantly clean and efficient.
The rude blunt manner of staff.

Very clean and everything in good condition. Bed not very comfortable but not bad.

Good location near the Metro, so it was easy to get around Moscow. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Nice quiet hotel.
