I was unhappy about the location. There was only one restaurant to eat a late dinner and so we had to drive around forever looking.
This was a Residence Inn which we did not need the whole kitchen, but the hotel was old and outdated. I would have been more happy staying in an area which had some sort of night life or restaurants to eat at.

Excellent breakfast and large rooms.
Dark walking paths to some rooms.
The hotel was nice and really suited my need as a traveler. This hotel is set-up like an apartment. Also, the hotel was very quiet. I would stay here again. Also, the hotel had free parking and breakfast, which were a bonuses.

Proximity to my daughter's university.
Tight space in the bath.
Older design but very functional Residence Inn - whose geographic location cannot be disputed! Terrific!

The breakfast was good and having a full kitchen was really nice.
The decor was older and could use to be updated.
Overall I enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean, but a bit outdated. The food selection for breakfast was good and the night staff was really nice and gave me a map telling me how to get to one of the locations I needed to go to. I would stay again.

I liked the fact that the rooms were much like apartments and very private.
Location is a problem right now because of I-64 shutdown.

Very courteous staff.
Beds could have been a little more comfortable.
Very good hotel for the price paid. The staff was extremely courteous.Little confusing to find due to the road construction, but located very close to the metro.

Location was quite good.
Beds were old, worn-out and uncomfortable. Found several bugs in our room.
This Residence Inn was showing its age. I expected more upon arrival from such a quality name brand in an upscale area of St. Louis. I would say I still received a value for what I paid, but again not what I would expect from Residence Inn by Marriott. It had old, worn-out mattresses, stained carpet, a bug problem, and a woefully undersized breakfast area for the number of rooms on the property. read more
