In room blower/air conditioner was a bit noisy.

Excellent location close to waterfront, shops, cafes and restaurants.

This is a very attractive hotel located close to Salem Harbor and its many restaurants, cafes and shops. It is also close to Salem's many museums and more shops. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

All the attractions were in walking distance.
The breakfast food could have been prepared better; part of it was always overcooked.

The hotel was pleasant and modern. The staff were friendly and even gave us our parking pass before we checked in. The rooms were not too big and not too small; just right for 2 adults and 2 children. The rooms could use a fridge and firmer pillows. The decor and furnishings were comfortable.

The bathmat had hair stuck to it.

This hotel is located in the heart of Salem, with the Marina on one side, and quaint shops and restaurants on the other. The room was spacious and accommodating, and fairly clean. The food and service at the restaurant were very good. The fitness room could use some updated machinery.

This place was within walking distance of all the Salem attractions as well as the good restaurants on the Wharf.
