Description of San Angelo-Days Inn
Everyone at the Days Inn San Angelo takes great pride in extending friendly courteous service to our guests. Shopping, Dinning, and Entertainment are all within a few miles of the hotel. Outdoor opportunities abound include fishing, boating, golfing, and hiking. Historic Fort Concho, downtown San Angelo, and Angelo State University are all close by. You will be comfortable in our spacious room each providing in room coffee makers, iron and ironing boards, hair dryers, cable television/HBO, free high speed internet access, both wired and wireless, and free local calls. Accommodations include 1 king or 2 queen beds. Recliners are available in all of our king rooms, and we do offer microwaves and refrigerators upon request. Handicapped and non smoking rooms are available. Other amenities include a free full hot breakfast (cooked to order) , and a USA Today newspaper. Business Center in lobby for guest access. read more

Relaxing and in a Quite part of town

I was very pleased with my stay, I brought my daughter to college and it was not to far from the college and it was very relaxing and quite. I plan on making it my home away from home when I go to visit my daughter.

Location was good, staff friendly, pool clean.
The TV didn't have hook ups for our DVD player and there wasn't a refrigerator or microwave in our room.

Convenient location, easy access.
Room not very clean, sheets looked used, microwave & fridge on floor.

This is the second time we've stayed there, location is good, room fair, needed to be cleaned, sheets were wrinkled/unclean looking, bathroom fair, fridge and microwave sat on floor very inconvenient, room did not smell fresh.

It was clean but smelled like vomit.
The help was horrible, it didn't feel very safe.

I was so disappointed. We were given a room in which the door was open and the light was on and there were 5 questionable looking men standing outside the door. We got a room change, given the wrong key, no apology, very un-interested help. Needless to say, it took awhile to get settled.

Beds were comfortable.
Hotel staff were rude and somewhat uncaring.

If I hadn't ever had to deal with hotel staff, this hotel would have been fine for what I needed. Coming back from breakfast and having the maid watching my TV while cleaning was a bit awkward, though.

The girl with the nose ring at the front desk is very rude.

Someone needs to fire the girl with the nose ring. She is a rude little.

It was kind of quaint. Liked the little restaurant. Was quiet.
Dusty smell in room. Really needs better maintenance.

The hotel was easy to find from Hwy 87, and was very easy to get to the Angelo State campus. While the room was tidy in appearance, the room smelled dusty and the various patches done on the interior were kind of¿ ghetto" compared to some that I have seen. Lastly, the toilet paper dispenser was not screwed to the studs at all and I had to poke it back into the wall. The people there are nice, and easy to work with. They just may need a better carpenter. read more
