Cheap
Staff was rude and not helpful.
I selected this hotel because of the low price. You get what you pay for in terms of service and amenities. However, the room was relatively clean and the bed fairly comfortable. The internet was spotty at best, not a good set-up there, especially as they advertise it as a big perk.

Very convenient to shops and restaurants, reasonable driving distance from attractions.
A little farther away from the attractions than the description implied, but not inconveniently so.
Excellent hotel for the price. Convenient to lots of shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Make sure you ask for a first-floor room if you cannot handle stairs - there are no elevators. This hotel is within 30 minutes of both the downtown attractions and Lackland Air Force Base.

Good location.
Didn't like the turkey bacon. Real bacon or sausage would have been better and decided to bid that price.
It was okay for a 2 star hotel. We had to ask for towels one night and soap another but I have had that happen at 4 star hotels, the rooms were clean and the people were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was free, hot and plentiful. I would consider going there again.

Absolutely nothing.
The $22 per person convenience fee.
The Staff was not accommodating. The facility was dirty and poorly kept. The $22 per person convenience fee was ridiculous. I recommend finding somewhere else to stay. Horrible experience all around with this hotel
