Friendly helpful staff.
Our room was very, very small, had no closet and no air conditioning.

Good price, good service.
Noisy-thin walls, woke up at 7am by gardeners next door.
Front desk was very accommodating. Switched rooms when we were put in a smoky smelling room, and helpful when we requested wine opener, newspaper, etc.

Nothing.
Old, small, and smelly room with extremely loud and old AC.
Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Everything was old and run-down and I actually decided to buy room spray at the 7 eleven to help with the awful smell in the room and especially the bathroom. My friend has a mild dust allergy and she had to take antihistamines.

More closer to our destination of next stop.
Bad bath facility, small room, small bed full of bed bug!
I actually would like to take this opportunity to complain this hotel as following points, Not friendly receptionist. Small room space full of cigarette smell. Small bed. Full of bed bug under mattress and cover. Bad water drainage in shower place, dirty water cover over the feet. Breakfast is not so tasty.

Room not ready staff was rude did not get room till 3:30.
The location of the hotel was great, personal did not show good customer service. We arrived at hotel at 2:15 only to be told room not ready go take a walk to town come back in 1 hour, not very happy but we did go to town came back at 3:30 room still not ready the manager said rudely that it was not her fault people check out late she could have at least offered us a different room, we finally got into rm about 3:45 freshened up, left came back at 1am and our keys did not work went down to office manager came out told her my keys did not work she took them. I guess magnetized them handed them back like nothing and said have good evening will never go back there again. read more

We had the corner room, so it was very large with a king bed and fridge/microwave.
Barely enough parking, but still always able to get a spot.
We had such great luck getting the corner room with the king bed, when all of the other websites only had queens available. Also, the description of the room didn't say anything about a fridge/microwave, so we almost stayed somewhere else, but our room ended up having both! Only 3 or 4 blocks to downtown, which was great. We had an awesome time!

The location was okay.
It smelled like smoke.
The room smelled like smoke, was old and run down, had unacceptable linens and towels and had electrical problems. The TV/lamp/alarm kept sorting out. The worst I've ever stayed in.

Very convenient spot, close to lots of shops and restaurants.
Very small, uncomfortable and poor quality.
Overall, not a good experience. A little extra money would be very worth it to upgrade to something better.

It had a great location.
Our room smelled of urine, it only had 1 bed, my son slept on the floor.
It was really more about the terrible service when we needed to cancel one night on one room. Difficult to reach a person and when I did they barely spoke English and were very rude. It was easier to just keep the room.
