Location.
Not clean, hot tub was not working, lounge was not open, no AC in hallways or anywhere except guest rooms.

In need of new management.

Was OK but nothing special.
I felt I was treated as an inferior customer.

This was the first time I stayed at the Sandman but I prefer to stay at the Radisson or even the Hilton, although somehow the Sandman has a higher rating.
