Small rooms, smelly.
Extensive parking deck- not good for tired children.
Pool was cloudy, hallways were decorated nicely, and rooms were sparse. Water pressure was poor. However, it was quiet.

Very nice, great location and amenities.
Pool area wasn't clean. There were empty beer cans from evenings before.
Overall the hotel was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. I really liked the location. The indoor pool area could have been kept a little cleaner. Most of the electronic equipment (tread mills) in the fitness room was not working.

Location, staff, room amenities and overall hotel amenities.
Rooms were fully equipped, but looked very much outdated. Entire lobby smelled of cigarette smoke. Room had funny smell.
Great location and amenities, great view of the ocean. Clean. All the staff was VERY friendly. Hotel does need more up-to-date furnishings in the rooms. I did not care for the smell that seemed to be throughout the room and hotel and the even stronger cigarette odor throughout the lobby. Overall stay was relaxing, fun and I would definitely stay there again and again!

This hotel was a major disappointment to us. The staff was full of attitude, the hotel was dingy and supplies in the room were non-existent.
I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. There was no map of the hotel to explain where the amenities were located the staff just assumed you knew and the supplies were not there. Only one shampoo for a room that can accommodate 4 people. There was no book or sheet in the room to tell someone where ice machines or the pool or other amenities were located. There was only one of three elevators in service. I really was not impressed; we could have stayed at a Fairfield or Days and would have been much happier for the money we spent. read more

location on the ocean
We were satisfied with the value for the price we paid and the # of stars we picked. In the future we would most likely pick at least 2 1/2 stars and probably 3 stars.

Close to beach, attractions
Nothing worked: plumbing was inferior, remodeling underway
Water did not work. We had no cold water one morning, no hot water the next. Impossible to shower because of fluctuations in water temperature. Elevators did not work and/or were slow. HVAC in room did not work. Construction everywhere! Woke up each morning to the screaching of saws!

It was right on the beach which was very nice.
Remodeling and not very clean.
It probably would be a great hotel if it was clean and no remodeling and the service could be a bit more coutesy .

Although it was going through renovation, we were very pleased!
All rooms were smoking.
We really enjoyed this hotel. The good price a night for ocean views! We were also close to our race site, which was a major plus! I would recommend this hotel.
