The staff's commitment to serve well.
The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable.
Overall good location - grounds and lobby attractive - rooms adequate except for pillow and bed discomfort - location reasonably good - cleanliness acceptable - staff were very responsive - Breakfast included - menu better than average. Have stayed in accomodations in Santa Fe that provided more local "ambiance."

Great location for the price, clean rooms, friendly staff.
Would have liked more breakfast options.
I really liked the hotel, I could have stayed closer to the plaza for considerably more money. The Sage Inn is a great location, not too far from anything for a decent price. The free in-room Wi-Fi was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. If I go back to Santa Fe, I will stay there again.

The workout room was clean and had free weights as well as aerobic machines.
Rooms were small, and you could not buy movies to watch on TV.
The general spaces of this hotel were wonderful. Beautiful lobby, free access to Wi-Fi, and a computer station was also available to print documents. There were many personal touches for travelers, including a very detailed list of local restaurants, and a weekly schedule of recommended activities from the staff, like live music and various shows around town. A laundry facility is also on site, and the workout room was great. However, I felt that the rooms themselves were a little too small, and the beds were uncomfortable. I was disappointed with the television channel options, although show time was available. I could not order and watch a movie in my room, and there was no channel guide. read more

The hotel was nice, clean. our 9 year old and 9 month old loved having a pool, although it was pretty small. Continental breakfast was great.
Pool was small, a little farther from the plaza than we really wanted. Construction right below our room when we were there.

Convenient location and clean.
Very small room.
Overall it was very clean and conveniently located to the Rail yard district. However, the rooms were very small. Staff was very friendly and parking was good.

Overall value is good for a 2 star hotel. The staff was very friendly and location is close to the Plaza.
The rooms were a little dingy. The
AC unit was noisy and old. Be very careful leaving the hotel, can only go one way or make u-turn!

Rooms were adequately sized for the price.
The cleanliness of the bedding was not good, stains on sheets and pillow cases-dirty carpeting also.
While location and price were positive, the room was not very clean- more effort in this area would have made a tremendous difference in the stay.
