Rude, dirty, old, no lobby room and staff who knew nothing about the area.

was very disappointed with my stay will never request this stay for anyone else and don't understand how they even managed a rating of 2.

Office and rooms needing major repairs, etc.

Given that the place was under major repairs, and or needing same; as it turned out there were less costly and better appointed places available, for example, Howard Johnson would have been $10.00 less a night, and it was not under construction!

Good location & friendly staff.
Water pressure.

It was a good place to stay. The only problem was with the bathroom. The water pressure from the shower wasn't good because the handle you pull up on to turn on the shower wouldn't go up all the way so the water still ran into the tub as well as the showerhead, making the pressure bad. We would stay again if we needed.

Situated on major strip; near popular attractions; good housekeeping service.
Room was really old; furniture was very old. Unattractive and unappealing room; no hbo or other premium movie channels.

The only saving grace for me was that I attended a workshop from 9:30 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. Every day I was there, so the hotel served its function as a place to rest my head. If I were on vacation and stayed at this hotel, I would have moved and paid a higher rate at another location. This is just a one-night hotel. As I said some place to rest up and get back on the road.
