Location, general cleanliness, very pleasant staff.

The hotel was nice, however the hot water was intermittent for 3 of our 4 days stay. It was noisy during the night -- slamming doors and loud voices in the hall and I found toothpaste in one of the coffee mugs.

Excellent upscale facility, easy to access, lots of parking, indoor lounge+restaurant provides an enjoyable experience.

Location and convenience.
Rooms were older, not adequate for multi-day stays. Lacked drawers and power outlets.

Very friendly, and attentive staff. Swimming Pool and hot tub was located in atrium and lacked privacy. Rooms were not satisfactory - no drawer space (other than small drawer under telephone which contained phone book and Bible). Parking VG and access from airport and/or Trans-Canada excellent. Convenient to restaurants and shopping.

The swimming pools are out in an open courtyard area, which is uncomfortable.
