Nothing really.
We watched two roaches crawl up the wall in daylight!
It was in a horrible part of town. There were homeless people hanging around in the parking lot. The linens were not white but dingy tan and we actually watched roaches crawl up the wall in broad daylight. We did not end of spending the night. I wasted my money and we ended up paying for a nice hotel elsewhere. It was a horrible experience.

The police security.
The police presence at the hotel was a big plus.

Very close to downtown. Inexpensive.
One block from homeless shelter. Homless folks everywhere.
Me and two buddies stayed there. Great price and location. Sketchy area located close to homeless shelter. Short walk downtown. Nice room and staff.

The security guard was extremely friendly.
The location of the hotel was not described well enough.

The lady who checked me in was very courteous and helpful.
The hotel looked like a half way house.

Price was great (but I would not recommend or would of stayed if I had another option).
Staff was horrible, Safety was a huge concern, Quality of hotel was terrible, Rodents everywhere, Terrible smell, and door did not lock!

It was very comfortable and practical. I had a kitchenette which was a huge advantage.
The smell in the room.
A good place to stay.

Security guards were very nice.
Location.
Hotel was an excellent value, even though it was in the worst possible place (directly next to the homeless shelter.) Short walk to downtown, but I would recommend a cab to and from this hotel. No ice machine, but we did have a small kitchen, with pot, pans, cups and plates. The "regulars" we a bit creepy, but nice overall. If you are not used to a big city this is not the place for you. If you just need to crash for a night and are not too picky then it is awesome. read more

Price.
Everything.
The
AC didn't work and there were no towels in the room. The office was closed and the 24 hour security guard was nowhere to be found. Oh also the dead bolt to the door did not lock and there was a bullet hole in the door to the room.
