I liked the fact that an older resort has this great quality.
Even though the food was excellent - I found the room service to be a little pricey.
It is a nice and quiet location with a cozy atmosphere. I like the mature plants and gardening as it gives it a warm relaxed feeling. The rooms were updated and the beds were comfortable.

Great location and the staff was efficient and friendly.
Priceline should have been aware of added fees for this resort and considered in awarding a bid otherwise bids don't make sense.
Excellent hotel and location. Staff was courteous and efficient.

Beautifully maintained grounds, spacious room, lots of mirrors & lighting, separate vanity & bathroom, closet accessible from 2 sides, lots of count.
Food was okay, but not so great.
The bougainvillea and other flowering trees & shrubs were stunning and showed the respectful care that is given to the entire facility. Staff was all extremely cheerful, friendly & helpful. Decor was charming in an old Spanish style. Layout of spaces was attractive, indoor / outdoor. Nice, appropriate people-scaled design .Civilized tone to the place overall. Very relaxing, even with quite a bit of conference activity going on. Valet parking or convenient adjacent self parking. read more

The coffee bar was well stocked and a nice touch.
The resort fee is an annoying add-on to the bill!
This resort is located in a very affluent area in Scottsdale. It is a beautiful property. The rooms are nicely decorated. The TV had no video game joysticks for the kids. The pool is fairly standard. It wasn't a standout like some of the other resorts in the Phoenix area. However, the do-it-yourself bloody marry bar at the pool was a nice touch. The staff was pleasant. Would recommend staying here if the price was reasonable. read more

The hotel was lovely, however, when you pay a $16 per day resort fee, the Internet fee should be included in this fee. We had to pay an additional $10 fee for this. The grounds of the hotel were beautiful. On the negative, there should be small refrigerators in the rooms. Also cell phone reception was terrible!

It was nice and clean. Loved the bed and TV.
The room was very small. And you could hear the people next to our room.
