Very clean, The employees were very helpful. If you asked them a question, they took the time to make sure you had the right answer.

The beds were wonderful to sleep in. The bathrooms were supplied with everything that I forgot to bring with me from home.

Friendliness and closeness to what we wanted to do.

This hotel was a great location and place to stay. It was close to the metro and easy to get around because of that. Everything was perfect except for: We hired a limo at the airport when we arrived in Boston and it cost high to get to this hotel. We felt we had been taken advantage of. Even with this, we would stay there when we go to Boston, but was terribly disappointed in this turn of events. read more

It was not within walking distance for the walking trail etc.

We were upgraded to a king suite, it was a really nice large room. Great way to end our holiday.
Nothing.

This hotel is within walking distance to downtown, very accessible. They were very accommodating and helpful. Provided us with a shuttle service Saturday morning. It is a beautiful hotel and would like to go back, hopefully we can get it through priceline again someday. It was the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in, a real treat.
