The room was exceptionally well appointed; a computer with free internet access and free long distance calls over the net.
Great hotel; not convenient location to downtown areas for tourists. However, the hotel is exceptionally well appointed and a free upgrade to a suite was a welcome treat! First hotel that I've visited that had a computer in the room and printer accessibility from your room to print out boarding passes etc at the front desk.

Seemed to be in a safe area.
The inclusive, no tip policy.
The hotel seems okay, probably just on the edge of 4-star, ready to drop off. The rooms are very noisy, poor job of insulating adjacent room noise, toilets, TV’s, talking, etc. The hotel staff is very non-friendly, especially in the restaurant bar. They do not have to work hard for tips, only in selling you more products because the tips are built into each purchase. The staff was arguing and complaining among each other and were rude to customers. The concierges seemed unfamiliar with the area, only wanted to steer the guests toward product they supported or had an interest in. At check-out you are charged a daily tip inclusive fee, this is no good, because you have already tipped on everything you paid for plus paid tax on the tip! read more

The hotel was conveniently located.
The AURA restaraunt was disapointing.
The hotel was very nice and conveniently located in Boston. It was very easy to drive into and had a public transportation stop across the street. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Close to public transit, excellent staff, nice rooms.
Hotel service charge.
Really nice place! The staff is excellent. There's no tipping at the hotel (good) but they tack on an extra charge to the room which is, for lack of a better term, a service charge (not a huge deal but not ideal). All in all, a nice stay!
