Close to the water and the water taxi to the airport.
In a blandly expensive redevelopment area.

Big, modern and comfortable. Modern enough so that they haven't quite figured out the kinks with the large flat screen wall-mounted TV sets. (We also hate when it isn't easy to set for the correct aspect ratios.)

Good run, flat panel TV, free internet, valet refused tip.
Limited dining/food options, valet parking $45/day, no soda machines in hotel.

The hotel feels new and clean. Room has great views. Bed good, internet free good. Staff friendly and helpful. If you miss breakfast 10:15 cutoff, or check in late evening, you are out of luck. There are virtually no food/restaurant options in the area. Seven-Eleven was a life saver. Hotel seems geared to conventions held in the area.

the $31 parking fee ($41 if you used valet) is totally ridiculeous!

I would not go back to this hotel just because of the parking fee. We were totally taken aback because I was not aware of this. I usually stay in a Mariott & I have never paid a parking fee no matter what part of the country I have stayed in, & I have stayed in the Mariott 5-6 times in boston.

The competence of each staff member that helped us.

This was an excellent choice and I would recommend this to any business person or family. It would accommodate all.

They were very friendly and helpful when looking for restaurants outside but close to the hotel.
The room in general was on the smaller/narrow size.

Amenities in the room quite nice and neat electronic features.

The hotel was nice and had many neat features but I was on the water but had no water view. The room was small. I asked for an upgrade but they said an additional $75 for water view. It was pretty far from Fanuiel Hall; $6 cab ride.

The staff was great. The shuttle to the garden was a plus.
Nothing.

It was a nice surprise, and convenient for our purposes: game at the garden, then quick access to 93 south to get home.
