Continental breakfast had enough choices for the whole family.
Dirty common areas and dirty swimming pool.

I knew that my child's would be excited about swimming from the inside to the outside! Well, they might have been excited if they could have been in the water for longer, but unfortunately, the water temp was so cold that we were only in the pool for 10-15 minutes max. By then their lips were turning blue and they were ready to get out. Plus, the outdoor pool area was very dirty--empty beer cans, chips all over the ground and cigarette butts. The pool looked like it could use a good cleaning too as there were objects (leaves, small stones, etc.) swirling around in it. Another plus--I thought--would be that each room came with its own balcony. I had visions of my husband & I enjoying the evening sunset as our kids went to bed inside. but, the first thing I noticed was that there was no furniture on the balcony. No problem, I thought I would just take the chairs from the room out. But the problem came when I couldn't get the door open. Yes, it was unlocked, yes, the safety bar was taken down, but the door wouldn't slide open. After a 5 minutes of tugging the door came open a few inches. My husband came over to help me out and he was able to yank the door open a few more inches, but by that time I knew I didn't want to sit out there and not be able to get in and out easily, so we gave up, closed it up and went in to bed. For a little bit more I could stay at a higher star hotel that I would guess would be cleaner and would have doors that work. On the plus side, the staff people we encountered was all very friendly. read more

Good stay, great continental breakfast. Ideal location.
Outdoor pool was dirty, indoor pool was great.

We had a good time and for the most part we rated the motel an 8. We thought it was a great location off the busy road and on a circle drive so not much traffic, was quiet and accessible to a lot of other shops and dining.

Clean and quite.
Desk clerk sent me to wrong door to find room.

Very nice but clerks should show to room or give map.

Spacious room, nice looking pool area.
Staff was not very helpful when asking for directions to places.

The stay was really nice. It is a little confusing on finding the hotel. The staff wasn't very helpful in finding places to go close to the hotel. It was a clean place to stay.

The size of the room was fine. That's about it.
Outdated everything, unclean. Fixtures in poor shape. Very limited breakfast.

Last resort only which is what happened to us.

The continental breakfast was awesome!
Alcohol was allowed in the pool area 24/7.

Good location for visiting the Mall of America. Great continental breakfast. Only downside is that even though there is adult-only time at the pool, drinking and smoking is allowed 24/7. We had to pull the kids back to the room Saturday night due to rowdy drinkers.

Easy access to interstate & close to Mall of America.
Very smoky hotel, halls smelled smoky & smoking was allowed in pool area.

Good choice for inexpensive hotel. Continental breakfast could have used a few more choices. Non smoking room didn't smell smoky but the halls did & they allowed smoking in the pool area. Convenient access to interstate & close to Mall of America.

Room was big and comfortable. King size bed was great.
If I had not map quested the hotel, I never would have found it.

Everything about this hotel was very pleasant from the desk staff to the room cleanliness to the continental breakfast. If you get a reservation here be sure and map quest first because I think it would be impossible to find otherwise. It is very visible from the freeway but tricky to actually get to. We did not use the pool but it looked nice.
