Comfortable bed/linen, staff accommodated request for ocean view, short scenic walk to everywhere.
Worn stained chairs in lobby, found a hair on my bathroom towel, valet men out front are not helpful or friendly except one, others appeared lazy.

Good location - nice view. Okay hotel for price

Nice lobby and bar, friendly staff.

Having stayed at other south beach boutique hotels
I was not expecting much. The room was very clean with nice modern furniture. The bathroom was tastefully remodeled also.

Location.
Room was old, smelled bad, carpet wet, ac quit, TV was not working properly.

Very small, bed spread and furnishings old and dingy, there was no remote for the TV and the channels wouldn't change. Then we took our shoes off and realized the entire carpet was soaked! $30 for parking and they were rude to us. They have a beautiful lobby but that's where the luxury ends. I would NEVER stay at this hotel again!

Parking, lack thereof and lack of planned accommodations.

Staff nice and friendly. Parking is a disaster and they had no inclination to help.

Beautiful beach.
Room was a dive.

Room smelled of urine, rust all over faucets in bathroom, window and remote were broken. The concierge referred us to an inexpensive restaurant in which the food was expensive. I was very disappointed in room. Hotel room needs makeover.

The pool and outdoor facilities surrounding the pool were outstanding. The closeness of the beach was great.
The hotel and rooms were very dated. It appears little renovation work has occurred since the date of construction.

The hotel/beach resort is in a very convenient location in the northernmost part of Miami's South Beach. Only minutes away from an outstanding pedestrian mall housing an excellent selection of shopping facilities and restaurants, the hotel/beach resort had a beautifully designed, private, spacious pool and pool deck framed with tall mango trees. The pool deck, adjacent to the beach and the Atlantic Ocean, eliminated crossing any roadways to access the beach and the water. Our family would have no reservation returning to the facility on our next visit to Southern Florida. read more

This is an older hotel, but the room was large and comfortable. Great location on South Beach and direct beach access.
